Magnum Photos released the behind the scene snaps of famous photograph In Voluptate Mors (1951) composed by a great photographer, Philippe Halsman, as a part of Nude as Muse series. This project was a collaboration between Salvador Dalí and him to create surrealistic portrait of him, in the fashion of tableau vivant, inspired by Dalí’s gouache Female Bodies as a Skull painting. Philippe Halsman, famous for photographing highest number covers (101 in total) for Life Magazine, has created perfect masterpiece portrait of Dali, no doubt!

This is an amazing portrait drawn by 29-year-old Portugal-based attorney Samuel Silva (he says art is just his “hobby”) based on a photograph by Russian photographer Kristina Tararina. Silva’s medium of choice is standard Bic ballpoint pens on paper and this particular portrait uses eight different colors
